Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Country Managers on strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective market strategies.
- Work closely with key departments (payments, support, VIP support, affiliates, game managers, CRM).
- Regularly monitor and analyze competitors.
- Create and execute business plans in cooperation with stakeholders.
- Develop action plans and respond promptly to unexpected situations.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions, and their impact on user retention and revenue.
- Track progress of ongoing projects.
- Coordinate all user acquisition, marketing, and business development initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analyze growth opportunities in assigned regions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor marketing plans, including promotional programs.
- Keep market trend data up to date and ensure the product remains competitive in collaboration with top management.
- Increase user base in assigned markets in line with bonus plans.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Achieve established KPIs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in both Russian and English.
- Deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Proven experience in developing and executing effective business and market strategies.
- Strong skills in planning, managing, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with user acquisition, retention, and promotional campaign execution.
- Strong analytical skills, the ability to track KPIs and extract actionable insights from data.
