Expectations:
Proven track record of at least 1 year as a Content Creator within a media buying company.
Strong understanding of gambling audience specifics and ability to tailor content across multiple GEOs.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to assess content effectiveness (CTR, conversion, engagement).
High level of adaptability and flexibility in responding to strategy shifts and dynamic industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative concepts and ideas; draft and structure briefs for Facebook creatives.
Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions; generate, refine, and validate ideas in line with GEO trends and target audience insights.
Monitor and analyze content performance; drive continuous optimization based on data-driven insights.
Ensure a consistent creative direction across the team and all deliverables.
Collaborate closely with design and media buying teams to align creative outputs with marketing objectives.
Stay up to date with industry trends (media, digital, advertising, spy tools) and conduct audience and competitor analysis to inform content strategy.
