Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team in Cyprus. As our Office Manager, you’ll help keep our new 20-person office in Limassol running smoothly and make sure everything works just right day to day. You’ll need great communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle several tasks in a lively, fast-moving environment.
What we expect from you?
- Coordinate and oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Organize day-to-day office needs, including ordering water, tea/coffee, food, office supplies, and equipment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks of office and work equipment (laptops, monitors, etc.).
- Manage documentation, Excel spreadsheets, and Google Calendar scheduling.
- Assist HR and legal teams with personnel and migration-related matters.
- Organize meetings, company events, and complex business trips.
- Provide full travel support — from obtaining visas (without agency assistance) to booking flights and accommodation within budget.
- Identify and manage reliable suppliers and contractors, maintaining an optimal balance between price and quality.
- Greet and assist visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
- Maintain a well-organized and pleasant office environment, supporting colleagues whenever needed.
- Perform other administrative and ad hoc tasks as required.
What we’re after?
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English and Russian (both written and spoken).
