We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will drive growth and impact key business metrics through end-to-end ownership of the product.

Your Mission:
— Define product goals and break them down into clear, actionable tasks;
— Plan and launch product releases (MVP, post-MVP, iterations);
— Formulate and validate hypotheses, run A/B tests and research;
— Analyze key product metrics and identify growth opportunities;
— Evaluate feature value and prioritize the backlog;
— Coordinate cross-functional teams: analytics, design, development, marketing;
— Initiate and develop new product mechanics.

Your Unique Contribution:
— 3+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager;
— Strong understanding of product metrics and their interdependencies;
— Experience in running and analyzing A/B tests;
— Strategic and creative thinking;
— Experience working with research and analytics teams;
— Ability to justify decisions and clearly communicate their value to the team and stakeholders.
