We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support product development — from gathering and formalizing requirements to participating in delivery and acceptance.

You will act as a bridge between business, product, and development: translating needs into clear requirements, describing processes, and supporting solution implementation.

Your Mission:
— Gather, analyze, and formalize requirements from the product team and stakeholders;
— Describe user scenarios, business logic, and processes;
— Participate in shaping product solutions together with design and development teams;
— Align solutions with product metrics and stream goals;
— Generate and refine hypotheses, participate in A/B testing;
— Take into account user behavior and improve user experience;
— Participate in research and collect user feedback.

Your Unique Contribution:
— 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner;
— Understanding of software development processes and Agile/Waterfall methodologies;
— Strong systems thinking and ability to structure and analyze information;
— Experience in process modeling (BPMN, UML, or similar tools);
— Experience working with both technical and product stakeholders;
— Data-driven mindset, including experience with product metrics, hypothesis generation, and A/B testing;
— Proactive approach with a focus on improving products and processes;
— Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly;
— English level B2+.
