We are looking for a Product Lead (Head of Billing stream) — a role with direct impact on revenue, platform stability, and deposit conversion. This role is about money, ownership, and systematic development of the payment infrastructure.

Your Mission:
— Develop and manage the payment gateway across iGaming projects and geographies;
— Own and improve key payment metrics (conversion, approve rate, stability);
— Drive hypothesis generation and prioritize initiatives based on data;
— Optimize antifraud, KYC, and withdrawal flows;
— Ensure compliance with and development of PCI DSS requirements;
— Integrate and maintain alternative payment methods;
— Monitor stability and performance of payment solutions;
— Collaborate with PSP teams and external providers;
— Lead a cross-functional product team (product managers, analysts, developers);
— Define goals, build roadmap, and drive stream performance.

Your Unique Contribution:
— Experience as Product Lead / Team Lead / Stream Lead / Head of Product;
— Hands-on experience with payments, billing, fintech, or iGaming;
— Experience working with PSPs and alternative payment methods;
— Strong product mindset with a focus on business outcomes;
— Experience managing teams and stakeholders;
— Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach;
— Experience running a large number of A/B tests;
— Understanding of event-based analytics and web events;
— Technical understanding of API integrations and system architecture;
— Experience managing backlog and product roadmap.

Will be a plus:
— Experience with antifraud systems and KYC;
— Experience with multi-geo products;
