Game Manager

As a Games Manager, you will
-Work closely with experienced leaders to shape
the casino offering, improve player experience,
and directly impact game performance.
-You’ll learn new skills, gain hands-on experience
with tools, product, and data, and develop a
strong understanding of how high-performing
casino operations are run.
-You’ll also gain exposure to the wider iGaming
industry, working with both internal teams and
external partners, including leading game
providers.
What You’ll Be Doing
-Help manage the casino lobby and game offering day-to-day
-Improve how games are displayed, grouped, and experienced by
players
-Use internal tools to manage games, providers, and content
-Support game and provider launches across brands and markets
-Test games and player journeys to make sure everything runs
smoothly
-Keep documents, trackers, and roadmaps up to date
-Share player insights based on real feedback and support
experience
-Work with internal teams and providers to improve game
performance
-Be the first point of contact for game issues and bugs, helping
resolve or escalate them
-Communicate with our partners, leading game providers and
casino aggregators regarding operational matters and also
collaboration opportunities
-Support general day-to-day tasks within the Games team
Who we are looking For
-Experience in iGaming (ideally in customer support or similar)
-Genuine interest in casino games and how they work
-Comfortable working with data and basic analysis
-Good understanding of player behaviour and common issues
- Quick learner, especially with tools and systems
- Strong attention to detail and organised mindset
-Confident communication skills in English and Russian
