Description
We are looking for a Training Manager who is not just a facilitator, but the owner of learning outcomes. This role is about designing and delivering training programs that lead to measurable behavioral change and impact business results. If you are passionate about methodology, structure, and performance improvement — and not just about delivering engaging sessions — we would love to meet you.
Your Mission
Conducting training needs diagnostics (business goals, behavioral gaps, performance metrics)
Designing training programs from scratch with clear, measurable objectives (onboarding, sales, EQ, leadership skills etc.)
Linking learning outcomes to business results
Developing structured learning architecture (theory → practice → reflection → transfer to work)
Facilitating training sessions (online and offline)
Managing group dynamics and adapting when necessary
Measuring training effectiveness beyond satisfaction surveys (pre/post assessment, behavior change, follow-up evaluation)
Providing post-training support and ensuring transfer into daily work
Collaborating with business stakeholders and aligning training with strategic priorities
Contributing to the development of the Learning Center standards and methodology
Participating in the design and implementation of performance and evaluation systems
Your Unique Contribution
At least 2 years of experience as a training manager / internal trainer.
Proven experience in designing training programs from scratch.
Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
Ability to define measurable learning objectives and expected behavioral changes.
Experience in evaluating training effectiveness (not limited to NPS).
English proficiency at B2 level or higher (trainings and communication in English).
Strong analytical and structured thinking.
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects.
High level of professional ethics and emotional stability.
Excellent communication skills.
Would Be a Strong Plus
Formal education or certification in training, coaching, instructional design
Knowledge of learning models (ADDIE, Kolb, 70-20-10, Kirkpatrick, etc.)
Experience working with LMS (especially 360Learning)
Experience in project management
Experience integrating AI tools into learning processes
