Junior CRM Deliverability Manager
Monitor and optimize email deliverability: track key email performance metrics such as bounce rate, spam complaint rate, and inbox placement.
Manage email sending infrastructure: oversee IP warming processes and authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Analyze and resolve deliverability issues: investigate problems related to blocklists, spam traps, and ISP filtering, and implement corrective actions.
Develop and implement email deliverability best practices: establish guidelines for email content, list management, and engagement strategies to maintain a strong sender reputation.
Monitor SMS deliverability: supervise SMS provider performance and participate in configuring and maintaining SMS sending infrastructure.
Requirements
1+ year of experience in CRM, email marketing operations, or deliverability-related roles.
Basic understanding of email deliverability metrics (bounce rate, spam complaints, inbox placement).
Experience working with ESP/CDP platforms (e.g., Braze, Bloomreach, Mindbox, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, etc.).
Understanding of email authentication standards such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
Familiarity with IP warming and sender reputation concepts is a plus.
Basic experience investigating deliverability or campaign performance issues.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Good command of English level (B1+) or higher.
Nice to Have
Experience with Postmaster Tools or deliverability monitoring dashboards.
Exposure to SMS campaigns or SMS providers.
Basic understanding of SMTP or email sending workflows.
Experience working with large communication volumes or international markets.
Experience in iGaming, FinTech, or other high-risk industries.
