Currently, we are searching for an experienced Head of Tax / Tax Director for a large international group of companies. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in international taxation, tax risk management, and cross-border regulatory frameworks, along with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach.

Your Mission

• Develop and implement the Group’s tax strategy, ensuring effective control over the tax burden and working on reducing the effective tax rate.

• Build and lead a tax risk management system, including identification of risks, defining acceptable risk levels, and preparing supporting documentation to minimize exposure to tax claims.

• Design and implement internal processes aimed at reducing tax risks and improving tax efficiency.

• Collaborate with external tax advisors across multiple jurisdictions to ensure compliance and optimize tax structures.

• Analyze tax legislation in countries of operation, monitor regulatory changes, and adapt the Group’s tax strategy accordingly.

• Establish and maintain transfer pricing documentation in line with international requirements.

• Interact with tax authorities, prepare and defend the company’s position in response to inquiries, and manage disputes across different levels.

• Participate in tax forecasting, long-term tax planning, and calculation of tax liabilities for the Group.

Your Unique Contribution

• Proven experience in a senior tax role within an international or multi-entity environment.

• Strong knowledge of international taxation, tax structuring, and transfer pricing.

• Experience in managing tax risks and dealing with tax authorities.

• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.

• Ability to work with multiple jurisdictions and external advisors.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Fluent in English.
