Lead Country Manager
We are looking for a Lead Country Manager to drive market growth, oversee regional operations, and optimize business performance across assigned geos.
What You’ll Do
Oversee the development of assigned geos, including product enhancements, gamification, branding, and stylization.
Manage and optimize financial performance in each geo, ensuring strong results in payback, deposits, bonuses, and other key financial indicators.
Create and take ownership of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for assigned geos, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Supervise and coordinate the work of Operational Country Managers, providing guidance and ensuring efficiency.
Report directly to the Country Head, providing insights on regional performance, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Lead the expansion of new brands into assigned geos, ensuring smooth market entry and long-term success.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a leadership role within the gaming industry.
Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, product development, and financial analytics.
Experience in gamification, stylization, and user engagement strategies is a plus.
Ability to analyze financial data and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in overseeing teams.
Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities.
Experience working with affiliate programs and external partners is desirable.
High level of cultural awareness and adaptability to different markets.
