Currently, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong game design expertise to lead the creation, launch, and development of mini-games and game features that drive retention and LTV, with a focus on game mechanics, R&D, and player engagement.

Your Mission:

— Develop mini-games and game features: from concept and mechanics to launch and optimization;
— Evaluate feature value and balance development effort vs expected business impact;
— Conduct R&D and analyze iGaming trends across key markets;
— Formulate and validate product hypotheses, run A/B tests;
— Perform competitive analysis and implement best gaming practices;
— Work with funnels, CJM, and identify growth opportunities for engagement;
— Define key product metrics and prepare reports;
— Prioritize backlog and build product roadmap;
— Analyze player behavior and generate data-driven initiatives.

Your Unique Contribution:

— Experience in game design (any gaming projects);
— Understanding of development processes (design / development / QA / support);
— Knowledge of product metrics: MAU, DAU, Retention, CR, ARPU;
— Strong hypothesis generation and experimentation skills;
— Experience with analytics and data-driven approach;
— Hands-on experience with CustDev and in-depth interviews;
— Strong understanding of UI/UX principles;
— English level B2+.

Will be a plus:
— Experience in iGaming;
— Experience with mini-games, instant games, bonus mechanics;
— Experience with animation tools (Rive, Unity, Spine, or similar);
— Experience in international markets;
— Experience in mobile game development as a PM.
