Payment Partnerships / Account Manager
Currently, we are searching for a Partnerships / Account Manager for a leading Payment company. The ideal candidate will coordinate payment partner onboarding and manage day-to-day partner accounts.
Your Mission
Coordinate onboarding of new payment partners and the launch of payment projects;
Build and maintain relationships with banks, payment providers, and merchants;
Support operational processes across payment areas and ensure their stability;
Track key launch stages, task statuses, and implementation timelines;
Collaborate with tech, finance, and legal teams on payment infrastructure matters;
Maintain and update internal documentation, registries, and working spreadsheets;
Coordinate document flow with partners, including approval, signing, and storage;
Communicate with external partners on operational support and ongoing cooperation;
Participate in the optimization of payment processes, payment flows, and provider performance;
Inform internal teams about changes affecting payment processes and partner infrastructure.
Your Unique Contribution
At least 1 year of experience in fintech or the payments industry;
Understanding of PSPs, acquiring, payment operations, and processing flows;
Experience working with banks, payment providers, or merchants;
Experience supporting partners and operational processes within payment projects;
Understanding of payment routing, cascading logic, and payment orchestration principles;
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and control deadlines;
Structured approach, strong attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility;
English language level: B2 or higher and fluent Russian.
