CRM Manager

Currently, we are on the lookout for an exceptional CRM Manager for one of the largest players in the iGaming sector.
Your Mission:
— Develop and execute CRM strategy and communication calendar;
— Work with player segmentation;
— Launch and manage retention campaigns via Email, SMS, Push, and bonus mechanics;
— Analyze key metrics: Retention Rate, Churn, LTV, campaign conversion rates;
— Regularly run A/B tests and generate new hypotheses;
— Collaborate with design, content, and analytics teams.
Your Unique Contribution:
— 2+ years of experience in CRM marketing within iGaming;
— Understanding of product specifics and target audience;
— Basic knowledge of HTML;
— Experience working with CRM systems;
— Experience with gamification tools is a plus;
— Experience with analytics tools;
— Attention to detail, structured thinking, and ability to prioritize in a multitasking environment.
