Your Mission

• Prepare and maintain HR documentation (employment contracts, NDAs, addenda, etc.), ensure accuracy and keep documentation registers up to date;

• Ensure proper handling of personal data: manage consents, secure storage, data updates, and access control;

• Maintain EHS documentation (policies, logs, acknowledgment forms), ensure completeness, updates, and support trainings;

• Support HR processes: prepare onboarding documents, monitor signing, and assist with offboarding documentation;

• Support audits and checks: ensure document completeness and resolve identified gaps.

Your Unique Contribution

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field (EU / international standard);

• At least 1 year of experience in HR, personnel administration, or document management;

• Basic knowledge of Malta and EU labor law;

• Basic understanding of GDPR and the Data Protection Act (Malta);

• High attention to detail and accuracy;

• Ability to work with large volumes of documentation;

• Native Russian and Upper-intermediate level of English (B2+) for working with documentation and in an international environment.
