Affiliate Team Assistant
As an Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting affiliate operations and ensuring smooth collaboration between the Director, Affiliate partners, and internal teams.
Your responsibilities will include preparing performance reports, assisting with partner communications, coordinating meetings, and tracking ongoing projects. You will help monitor traffic and campaign results, collect data for analysis, and follow up on tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
Your Mission:
Support in creation of applications in the system for partner payments and affiliate services.
Preparation of reports on affiliate performance.
Assisting in the organisation of affiliate team meetings and preparation of follow-up reports.
Drafting and structuring presentations for internal use and external partners.
Execution of Affiliate Director’s tasks, including data collection, research of partners and market insights.
Acting as a project coordinator: tracking affiliate campaigns, deadlines, feedback from teams, reporting on status and issues.
Managing larger initiatives by breaking them into smaller tasks, prioritising, and ensuring proper follow-up with responsible parties.
Communicating with related departments (finance, marketing, product, support) to ensure smooth affiliate operations.
Your Unique Contribution:
Strong organisational skills (ability to structure information, tasks and workflows, attention to detail).
Analytical mindset (comfortable working with numbers, reports, performance metrics).
Proactive and solution-oriented attitude (suggesting improvements in affiliate workflows, tools, processes).
Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Project management experience (ability to manage multiple priorities, campaigns, and deadlines).
Understanding of affiliate marketing basics (traffic types, KPIs, partner models) will be an advantage.
