Finance Manager
Currently, we are searching for a Financial Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for financial calculations, invoice, payment control and communication with partners.
Your Mission
Monitor the accuracy of issued invoices and ensure timely partner payments;
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable;
Reconcile financial data between the company's internal systems and partner records;
Investigate discrepancies, recalculations, and complex financial cases;
Review financial transactions related to partner settlements and payouts;
Collaborate with Treasury, Financial Control, and other internal finance teams to resolve financial issues;
Communicate with partners regarding invoices, payments, reconciliations, discrepancies, and other financial matters;
Work closely with Account Managers responsible for partner relationships;
Ensure transparency, accuracy, and consistency of financial calculations within your assigned partner portfolio.
Your Unique Contribution
Experience in finance, operational finance, financial analysis, reconciliations, settlements, or similar areas;
Understanding of invoices, payments, receivables, payables, and financial operations;
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and resolve issues;
Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, working with large datasets);
Experience communicating with clients, partners, vendors, or internal stakeholders;
Strong business communication skills with the ability to explain financial matters in a clear and simple way;
High attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to drive tasks to completion;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple parallel processes, quickly switch between tasks, and maintain accuracy;
English level B1 or higher (primarily for written communication with partners);
Native Russian speaker.
Nice to have
Experience in digital, IT, marketing, or related industries;
Experience working with advertising budgets, partner payouts, or external vendors;
Experience with CRM systems, internal financial systems, and analytical tools.
