We are looking for a PSP 2nd Line Risk & Fraud Agent to join an international PSP company developing end-to-end payment infrastructure. In this role, you'll help ensure the security of payment operations, work closely with international payment providers, and investigate complex financial cases.

Your Mission:

— Process incoming requests from payment service providers;
— Prepare and provide KYC / SOF / SOW documentation;
— Analyze users' payment and gaming history;
— Handle and dispute chargebacks, bank disputes, and refund requests;
— Process Jira escalations related to payment operations;
— Review financial reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

Your Unique Contribution:

— Experience in Fraud, Risk, Payments, FinTech, iGaming, or a related field;
— Hands-on experience with KYC / SOF / SOW, chargebacks, bank disputes, or financial reconciliations;
— Strong written English communication skills;
— Analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail;
— Ability to work with financial data and large volumes of information;
— Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems.

Will Be a Plus:

— Experience working with Payment Service Providers (PSPs);
— Understanding of antifraud processes and the payment transaction lifecycle;
— Educational background in Finance or experience working at the intersection of IT and payment systems.
