We are looking for a Technical PSP Manager to join an international PSP company developing end-to-end payment infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for payment integrations, technical administration of payment platforms, and ensuring the stable operation of payment processing for merchants.
Your Mission
— Analyze and define functional requirements to improve operational solutions for payment orchestrators such as PaymentIQ, PayAdmit, and payment system back offices;
— Collaborate with payment providers on development, merchant integrations, technical consultations, and implementation of new functionality;
— Manage merchant integrations with payment systems and test new and existing payment channels between merchants' websites and payment platforms;
— Administer the company's payment platforms and ensure the correct display and availability of payment methods on merchants' websites;
— Configure payment gateways, accounting schemes, and payment processing parameters within the payment infrastructure;
— Develop and implement new payment processing rules, including notifications, antifraud scenarios, payment routing, and cascading;
— Organize technical support processes to ensure uninterrupted payment processing for merchants;
— Resolve complex technical issues related to payment system integrations;
— Monitor payment transactions, identify technical issues, and ensure their timely resolution.
Your Unique Contribution
— Strong understanding of payment system integration and administration;
— Hands-on experience configuring payment gateways, payment orchestrators, accounting schemes, and payment processing parameters;
— Experience integrating payment systems and testing payment channels;
— Basic knowledge of REST API, JSON, and integration principles;
— Experience administering payment platforms, including configuring antifraud rules, payment routing, and cascading;
— Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams at payment providers and internal cross-functional teams;
— Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, excellent time management, and willingness to continuously learn;
— English proficiency at B2–C1 level.
