We're looking for a Games Manager who will help shape our casino offering, improve the player experience, and work closely with experienced professionals across Product, Operations, and Partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone with iGaming experience who understands players, enjoys working with data, and wants to build a long-term career in casino product management.
Your Mission
Manage the casino lobby and game portfolio on a daily basis.
Optimize game positioning, categories, and overall player experience.
Use internal tools to manage games, providers, and content.
Coordinate game launches across multiple brands and markets.
Test games and player journeys to ensure a seamless experience.
Monitor game performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collect and analyze player feedback to suggest product enhancements.
Investigate game issues, coordinate bug resolution, and communicate with relevant teams.
Collaborate with leading game providers and casino aggregators on operational and commercial matters.
Maintain internal documentation, trackers, and operational processes.
Work closely with Product, CRM, Customer Support, Operations, and external partners.
Your Unique Contribution
Previous experience in iGaming (Customer Support, VIP Support, Operations, CRM, QA, Game Operations or similar).
Genuine passion for casino games.
Understanding of player behaviour and player experience.
Comfortable working with data and making data-driven decisions.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
Excellent organizational skills.
Native or fluent Russian and English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Nice to Have
Experience working with game providers.
Experience working with CMS, CRM, or other internal systems.
Experience using Excel, Tableau, or other data analysis and visualization tools.
Understanding of key casino game performance metrics.
